Q. My campaign says "Expired". Can I get re-invited?
A. Thank you for your interest in working with us. Unfortunately, we can't re-invite creators to most of the campaigns listed. However, we are working on adding more opportunities in the future. Stay tuned!
In the meantime, make sure to click on the ‘Get Notified’ button to receive alerts when similar campaigns become available!
Q. How can I participate in an SE.Sponsorship campaign?
A. By joining & using StreamElements tools, you are already considered for Sponsorship campaigns.
If you are not a current StreamElements user, but still want to be considered for SE.Sponsorships, please click this link and select, 'Get Sponsored'.
Make sure to keep an eye out on the Sponsorships tab of your Creator Dashboard for current & future sponsorship offers.
Q. Why are some users not counting toward my goal?
A. Mostly, when tutorial completions are not updated, a condition wasn't met in the process.
Also, things might be delayed if the publisher has issues in their system; unfortunately, we cannot predict such incidents.
Each campaign has requirements for the goal to go up; please read those requirements carefully. Most of the campaigns require new and unique users.
If you think all the requirements were met, please contact us with the game ID/emails of those users through this form.
