- The date shown above refers to submission date rather than full settlement of the payment
- Payments for campaigns can take up to 45 days to process, depending on the campaign.
- Completed campaigns that were flagged for irregular activity will require additional time to be reviewed by the sponsor. You can track the progress of the review and pending payment in the overview section of the sponsorships tab
- Some campaigns (specifically subscription-based campaigns) have a review stage which allows us and the brand to evaluate valid subscriptions. Please note that due to the nature of this process, it may take a few weeks after the campaign ends to evaluate the final number of valid subscriptions. This will be visible via a message above your campaign goals in the overview section of the sponsorships tab.
- Make sure to review this article in order to set up your payments portal account via your dashboard, which will eliminate the need to wait for the invitation email. By doing that you won't need to login externally and the payments portal will be available in your dashboard via the Revenue History page > Payments (right most tab)
- The next step after you have finished the setup process would be receiving an email upon payment submission (this is where the 30 days estimation comes in)
- At that stage, the payment status you will see in the portal itself will be 'Submitted'
- Usually, it takes an additional few days for the status to be changed to 'Paid'
- Once you see it's changed to 'Paid', depending on the pay-out method selected, it will take a few more days till full processing
- Feel free to reach out to us after setting up the payments portal account to let us know and we will be able to confirm if the account is fully setup. Generally, if you don't see any errors in the payments portal set up process, you should be good! You will also be notified via email if there is an issue with the account upon first payment submission
- In such a case, make sure to update the information in your account and the payment will automatically be re-attempted within a few days
