Below the setup tab:
The first step would be thoroughly reviewing and accepting the terms and conditions of the deployment.
You can reach out to us with any question about what you read in the T&Cs, just press 'CONTACT AN AGENT'.
For your payments portal invitation make sure to use your updated, accessible email address in the second step.
Once the first two steps are completed, you'll be able to download your brief.
The brief contains everything you need to know about the deployment. Some information will be familiar to you from the setup, but the brief will be your go-to 'guide' on how to be fully prepared for your first promotion campaign.
The remaining steps revolve around the visual\functional assets to place in your stream.
You grab your campaign link by copying it to your clipboard (and by that, completing this step). From there you would want to add the chat bot command and timer (both will automatically be created and enabled for you in their respective sections when pressing 'ADD'. Read more about Commands & Timers). Once done, add the overlay by copying its link in the 6th step (and creating an OBS browser source, of course). And finally, download the Raid panels zip file and setup a Panel on your Twitch channel.
Some notes on the set up steps:
Terms and conditions: If you are having trouble accepting the terms of conditions please reach out to us with your account ID.
Email: Even though you're requested to add an email account to receive an invitation email to the payments portal, check out this article that will allow you to set up your payments portal account via your StreamElements dashboard. By that, you are eliminating the need to wait for the invitation email before being able to set up your payments details. You also won't need to login externally and could access the account from your dashboard via the Revenue History page > Payments (right most tab).
Brief download: The brief contains more specific instructions for each step.
Campaign link: That's also available in the campaign overview, on the left side:
Chat Bot command and timer: Once added, you can confirm both the command and timer exists by checking the custom commands page (search for 'raid' if you have a lot) and timers page. You need to make sure the StreamElements bot is in your channel and is a moderator. Review the initial setup process for more details.
Raid Overlays: That step will allow you to add the Raid widget to your overlays. When 'idle' and no events come in, it will rotate between the 'New player' and 'New contributor' events. When a new player joins or purchases an in-game item, the alert itself will appear on that widget.
The 'Starting Soon' screen is available in your brief.
Adding the Raid panel: The RSL panel should be created in your Twitch channel's 'About' section and direct users that click it to your campaign's referral link. To set it up, navigate to your Twitch channel > 'About' section > toggle on 'Edit Panels'
Add the desired panel image after downloading it (use only one image) and add your campaign's referral link to the 'Image Links To' field > press 'Submit'.
At this stage setup is complete, which allows you to actually start the campaign. Some campaigns have a limited number of available spots. To claim yours, you need to accept the campaign from the sponsorships page, complete the setup and hit the start button.
