Congrats on getting your first HelloFresh campaign! This short guide is meant to help set you up for success, offer some helpful tips and pointers, and answer some frequently asked questions.
How to ace the campaign
Before starting the campaign:
- Go over the creative brief to make sure you’re following all the necessary requirements, guidelines and terms of use.

Let your community know ahead of time that you’re doing a HelloFresh sponsored stream and what to expect. This can help build hype for the upcoming sponsored stream, increase engagement and generate ideas on how to best run your campaign.

Make a plan for how you’re going to talk about the product, browse the website with your viewers, follow the talking points and give it your own unique spin.

Consider doing a contest or giveaway with your community centered around the campaign. This can be a fun and engaging way to share your love of food, cooking, wellness, etc.
During the campaign:
- Order a HelloFresh box during your first sponsored stream! You can order a HelloFresh box from the website (using your code) for up to $60, and count as your first new subscriber conversion (Must be a new customer).

Do an unboxing of your meal kit during your second sponsored stream. If you want to go the extra mile, follow up the unboxing with a cooking stream!

Make a plan for how you’re going to talk about the product, browse the website with your viewers, follow the talking points and give it your own little spin.

Post on social media (and Discord)! It’s required, but more importantly it’s a great way to generate hype for the stream and get more people to try out HelloFresh. Your brief contains all the information you’ll need about posting on social media.

Talk to your viewers about using your referral link and creator code to support you. Be sure to mention that legitimate purchases will only count for new subscribers who order and receive their box, and that multiple purchases by the same subscriber from different accounts will not count towards your goal.

Check your Sponsorships dashboard on the regular! This page lets you track your progress and contains valuable information on the status of your campaign.

Don’t stress out! The HelloFresh campaign is simple and straightforward, but our support team is always available to help you out should you need it.

Don’t forget about licensing and exclusivity. Once you do a HelloFresh campaign, make sure you don't do any other sponsorship campaigns with competing brands for at least 30 days. You can find an extensive list of brands in your campaign terms & conditions.

Don’t participate in or encourage any activity or behavior that goes against the campaign’s terms of use or community guidelines.
