New Player campaigns are meant to drive more players into the game. A new player will be added to your goal progress once that viewer registers a new account, downloads the game for the first time and completes the tutorial.
A Level 10 campaign works the same way, only that progress is recorded once players that have completed the tutorial reach level 10.
When you're ready, go ahead and press 'COMPLETE CAMPAIGN':
You'll be presented with a confirmation screen, based on your current progress and in according to how long you have left:
