I CHANGED MY USERNAME BUT MY SE.MERCH STORE STILL HAS MY OLD USERNAME. HOW DO I FIX THAT?
Please contact our support team and provide them with your Account ID [Looks like: 1234567a8b35ff45f44935ee]. They will update the username for you. Please keep in mind that your store will be wiped and you will have to rebuild your merch store, including reuploading your banner, setting up community discounts, and resetting all your settings.
HOW DO I UPDATE MY STORE BANNER?
To update your banner, navigate to the merch dashboard and click on the Settings tab. There, at the stop, you will see the option to update your Storefront Header Image.
Please note: The banner needs to be 1920 x 330px. PNG only.
WHY DOES THE ORDER SCROLLING BAR HAVE A MIX OF INITIALS, NAMES, AND USERNAMES?
During checkout, customers have the option to either enter a username or remain anonymous. This is because, if you have alerts set up for your stream, their names pop up in the alert in addition to being added to the order scrolling bar.
HOW DO I SET A SPECIFIC COLOR OF A PRODUCT AS THE THUMBNAIL?
This is a feature we understand users have been asking for and it’s on our roadmap. In the meantime, here is a workaround:
Upon item creation you can choose colors available for purchase. This creates a list in the dashboard and the color shown in the public store preview will be the 1st color in that list. The workaround to choose the color involves:
- Editing the item
- Unchecking all colors, making sure the only color selected when saving is the one you want in the preview
- After that save, edit again to add the other desired variations for customers to purchase at that stage you should see the color you picked in the public store item preview.
This workaround doesn’t apply to our hats.
I WANT MY ITEMS TO SHOW IN A CERTAIN ORDER, HOW DO I DO THAT?
This is another feature we understand users have been asking for and it is also on our roadmap. In the meantime, please check out this workaround:
- Clear out all the items that you have in your store.
- Create the items in the order you want them to show in the storefront.
HOW DO I UPLOAD A CUSTOM PHOTO TO AN ITEM ON MY MERCH STORE?
Go to your merch dashboard and find the item you want to upload a custom photo for and click the "Edit" button.
You can add a new layer and upload your custom image.
