Does my entire video need to be complete prior to sharing my integration for review?
-
Yes. In order to check campaign requirements and brand safety guidelines, you will need to upload the unlisted YT URL for the full video. This includes the integration, the main video, and the finalized video title and description.
-
Once your video is approved you will be able to add the Mercury Dynamic Description!
-
-
How long does it take to review my video integration?
-
It takes 3 business days to review sponsored videos to ensure requirements are hit! Once the video is reviewed, you will receive an email and an update inside your Mercury Sponsorships dashboard on the status of your integration. The video will either be approved or have changes requested! If there are changes requested you will receive a follow-up email with the details & next steps.
-
-
Why does my integration have changes requested?
-
Each campaign has its own set of requirements along with brand safety guidelines to put the campaign in a position to succeed! If these requirements are not met, you will be notified of which are missing so the integration can be updated.
-
-
My integration has changes requested, what now?
-
You will be notified via email and in your dashboard of the specific changes that need to be made. Once you have updated your integration, please reupload the new unlisted link to your dashboard for review!
-
-
What does “brand safety” entail?
-
Full brand safety requirements are listed on your brief. The basis of these requirements are standard across all sponsorships.
-
-
Why do I need to send an unlisted YouTube link for video review? Can I send a GDrive/Dropbox/Private link?
-
Unfortunately, we do not accept videos in any format other than unlisted YouTube links. Unlisted YouTube links allow our team to seamlessly access and review the video prior to launch without it being published on the platform!
-
The link must be the same link as the video you plan on setting live.
-
-
The brand assets don’t work with my editing software, what do I do?
-
Try converting the assets to .mp4 format if the assets are not compatible with your editing software in their original format.
