- The game has never been installed before.
- A new account must be used.

- For mobile games, the game needs to be downloaded from the app store after being redirected from the campaign link. Emulators are not permitted, and only real devices will count.
- Multiple accounts or devices from the same IP address will be flagged as abusive.

- Make sure that participants fulfill all requirements, such as creating a new account, not having previously installed the game, and correctly following the download instructions.
- Check that the campaign link or QR code is working properly. Ensure that participants can access the link or QR code landing pages without any issues.
- If your campaign involves a mobile game, verify that viewers are downloading the game from the app store after being redirected from the campaign link. Make sure that emulators are not being used.
