Loyalty Store Upgrade

Hey Team,

I am proposing an upgrade to the loyalty Store that would bring additional features for streamers and communities.

Categories - Could be used for bundling items together (Fitness Items or Different games Items - COD Redeemptions for Example).

Sound Redemption Update - Sound Redemptions do not have Chat notifications which could be a toggle for who is triggering the sound.

Permissions - Limiting some redemptions to Mods, VIP's, or even Subs.
