Command Folders

Allow commands to be sorted into folders that we can name. This would allow us to find commands faster and keeping them organized. It's hard to keep commands organized currently because as the stream grows, more and more commands get added so there's hundreds of commands. Folders would allow us to find all the commands for the specific thing we're looking for.
This functionality could also be used as an alternative to how “Default” commands are currently stored (in their own separate section). Instead, a simple “Default” folder could be created in the general Commands interface.

Example Folders:

General, Sponsored, Viewer-made, Temp, Counters
