Delete messages if the command is on cooldown

I'm a mod of a big Twitch streamer. Whenever I add new commands, the chat tends to flood A LOT, messing up the chat experience for everyone. We end up having to delete messages manually. Since our chat has a 6-second delay for non-moderators, I think a command option to delete messages when it's on cooldown (something like /timeout $(sender) 1) would be super helpful for everyone in the stream.
