Youtube and Twitch events in activity feed simultaneously

Currently, the streamelements activity feed will only show EITHER youtube OR twitch, depending on what you chose to log in with for your streamelements page.

This presents a problem when multistreaming to both platforms, as, in order to have the activity feeds for both sites showing as a dock in OBS, you need to use another website's activity feed, like streamlabs, since streamelements will only be logged in to one account at a time.

We should get the ability to combine the events for all accounts linked to our streamlabs account into one activity feed so we don't need to make multiple activity feed docks for multistreaming and have them all using different websites
