Pending Tips - when will this feature start working?
so that donations can be approved manually in the Pending Tips panel

  No work (notification test after API)

  https://api.streamelements.com/kappa/v2/tips/{channel}

  Tthis message should have appeared in the Pending Tips section and only after permission, it should have appeared in the section Activity Feed

  Nothing comes to the section Pending Tips
