  Just want to get a bit more info as to what you're looking for. Are you looking to have a command that is automatically set at the top of the Twitch chat so it doesn't move off of the viewers chatbox?
  
  Or do you have something else in mind?

  By pin command, I mean a command to pin a message to the chat for mobile moderators. The /pin command isnt available for mobile users. Maybe yall can utilize the routes on twitch API
