Czech Language Support for Commands

Dear StreamElements,

I hope you're having a great day!

I'm a Czech streamer and love using your features, but I've noticed that the commands don't support the Czech language, and there's no option to change it. Many people in my community don’t understand English, so they miss out on what the bot is saying. Adding Czech language support would make a huge difference for us!
