Adding new functions to Loyalty

Good afternoon,

I was wondering if you could add a few updates to the Stream Store or the entire loyalty system. For example, would it be possible to allow multiple sound effects for a single item? This way, when a viewer purchases the item, one of four different sound effects would play randomly.
