Search by tag in Overlay gallery

The overlays in the gallery have tags on them like “vintage”, “animated”, and so on. I think it would be useful if we could search through the overlays using those tags to find things we want easier.

The search functions for the overlays seem underdeveloped in general; I don't know if there are overlays past the newest ones being shown because of it.
