Allow for more stream information to be added before starting stream (youtube thumbnail, description, etc)

allow for more stream information to be added before starting stream. It would be SUPER useful and time saving if we could put things like the youtube thumbnail, description, category (right now it lets you pick gaming with the game, but it doesn't work and still says its an entertainment stream), etc. Its really annoying right now to start the stream then have to wait 5 minutes to input all of that information manually.
