Total Subscriber Count is inaccurate when losing subs
I'm a moderator for a streamer, and I have created a custom widget that displays “SUBS: total_sub_count/bot_counter_subgoal”, e.g., “SUBS: 1109/1200”. It works great when getting new subs. But if someone doesn't renew their sub, it results in the actual total number of subs being lower. The problem is that StreamElements only “refresh” the totals data once after each ended stream, this results in the total sub counter almost always being inaccurate, and I have to manually go into the SE Dashboard, reset the totals session to get the correct total, sometimes I even have to update overlays as well (the updating of overlays seems to be inconsistent behaviour, sometimes I have to do it, and sometimes I don't). Ideally, I would like to be able to “reset” the totals inside my custom widget JavaScript, such that I can update them both on “onWidgetLoad” so it's accurate when starting obs/stream, “onSessionUpdate”, and “onEventReceived”, so it's accurate throughout the stream. Or, the totals should just ALWAYS be accurate.
I originally made the streamer move to an SE overlay instead of the Streamlabs Label to have a dynamic bot counter as the subgoal that I could update as a mod in the Twitch chat, but the total number of subs being accurate is more important to both the streamer and me, so if this “feature” doesn't get added, we'll have to move back to Streamlabs Labels which I would generally not be happy about.
