Point limiter
My streamer friends and I would like to have a points limit for subscribers.
It would be something optional, being able to turn it on and off.
The idea is that a person who donates a lot doesn't have so many accumulated points that it makes the streamer hesitate to give a redeemable reward with a value low enough for a person to redeem everything.
having to monitor this takes time and effort, and automating the maximum value that can be acquired would be ideal

You can put the user cooldown in its max value, which is 2592000 (30 days). With that, the same user will only be able to redeem the same reward once every month.
