Bug: Activity Feed jumps to top

Hello!
I'm not sure if this is by design, but it feels like a bug, and it happens on all browser forms of the Activity Feed. Whenever a new alert is received (bits, donation, sub, gift sub), the Activity Feed jumps back to the top of the page immediately. This causes you to lose your place, especially if you're scrolled down the page reading someone else's sub or bits message, and it can take quite a while to find your place which throws off the stream.

Activity Feed should be stationary to wherever you are currently scrolled so you can keep track of new events as they roll in.
