Request to add support for custom text in the !giveaway command

Hi, I have a feature request to support custom text in !giveaway command

Context: I had a giveaway running and wanted to update the !giveaway command to include more details about the rules. However, the command doesn't support adding custom text. To work around this, I disabled the default !giveaway command and used a different bot with a custom version that included a public link and expanded details.

Unfortunately, I discovered that disabling the StreamElements !giveaway command also prevents users from using !ticket to convert their watch points into giveaway tickets.

Hence, there is a request either to add support for custom text in the !giveaway command, or to remove the dependency between !ticket and the default !giveaway command so users can still use !ticket even if !giveaway is disabled.
