I keep dropping a lot of frames when I try to stream directly to Twitch

Hey there!

So I've been having a constant problem regarding OBS and using the StreamElements Multistream feature where no matter what I do it will show that I am dropping a lot of frames (65%) when I try to stream directly to Twitch.

The surprising part is that when I change the output to Restream I have no issues whatsoever.

I am honestly unsure on how to expand more on this, but I had no issues at all until a few months ago.
