Poll and Prediction panels don't load in Ground Control

I'm signed in successfully, activity feed, chat, quick settings, everything is working as it should be, except for the Polls and Predictions panels. I've removed the panels and readded them, uninstalled and reinstalled Ground Control, cleared the cache folder… nothing is getting them to load. They just show blinking rectangles where the individual poll/prediction would be listed. Has anyone ever encountered this? Any ideas on how to fix this?
