Streamelements obs live studio

 I'm trying to set up streamer elements obs live plug into obs. but I cant sign into twitch. every time i try to connect to my twitch the second pop up window for chrome just sits on a black screen and doesn't actually connect. I have already tried these steps

• Reinstall SE.Live: Uninstall the Stream Elements plugin and reinstall it.
• VPN/Ad-Blockers: These can prevent the login popup from loading correctly.
• Stale Login: The connection token may have expired, requiring a full logout/login cycle.
• Browser Compatibility: The built-in browser instance within OBS might be struggling with the Twitch OAuth page.
