TikTok LIVE access stuck under review for 10+ days

Hello,

I have been trying to get access to TikTok LIVE through StreamElements for more than 10 days.
The page says that I should receive a response within 3 business days, but it has now been over 10 days and I still have no update.

On TikTok, my account is not banned and LIVE is available, so the issue seems to come from the StreamElements verification process which is stuck.

Could you please check my case manually and approve or reset my TikTok LIVE access?
I have been waiting for a long time and nothing is changing.
