Sponsoring Honkai Star rail

Hello, I’m contacting you because I am currently running a sponsorship campaign for Honkai: Star Rail. Several players reached Trailblaze Level 8, even though they had never played the game before, but they are not appearing in the campaign statistics. Could you explain why this is happening?
