getting help, and how you can't

I have been trying to get a games progress to count for a SE campaign that I am currently  streaming. I have sent messages using their system and days later I still have no help, no solutions, and SE does not doing a thing. So how are we to go about getting help from an actual person? Because it seems impossible. Maybe they don't care.
