Sponsorship Payment Not Received

Hello. 

I have a payment to receive regarding a campaign I ran. On the campaigns page in Stream Elements, it says the payment should have been made by June 3rd, however, it hasn't been made and I can't find any invoice/payment record on the Stream Elements page.
