Subject: StreamElements Bot Still Showing as Banned

Hello,

I accidentally banned the StreamElements bot from both my Twitch channel and the StreamElements dashboard.

I have already completed the entire unban process. I confirmed that the bot is no longer banned on my Twitch channel, and I have logged out and back into StreamElements, reconnected my Twitch account, refreshed the dashboard, and cleared my browser cache.

Despite all of this, the StreamElements website still shows that the bot is banned, and the "Unban Bot" button does not work. Because of this, the bot cannot join my channel.

Could you please check my account and manually reset or resync the bot status? It seems that the StreamElements dashboard is not syncing correctly with Twitch.
