Media Request's Backup Playlist not working after Mid-July'26 update

I believe streamelements has an update on Sunday(or Saturday), my backup playlist in media request isn't working anymore. I tried reset everything, stream location and playlist URL. It doesn't load. Anyone able to fix this?

    My friend and i are both having this exact same issue, it'll have the very last song i played yesterday as the “current” song, but afterwards the list is empty. 

    I've tried resetting everything also but i cannot get my songs on. song requests works, but not the backup list.

    We only can wait for them to fix that i guess.
    For now i just go into history and add back played songs into the queue.

    Who disliked all these comments? A developer upset about this issue? 
    I upvoted them to make them equal again.
    It's a real issue and needs to be fixed.

    I am having the same issue as well as a couple other streamers i know. I hope they get a fix for this very soon. I was hoping it would of been hotfixed by now. It's frustrating.

    Yes, this is extremely frustrating and needs to be fixed ASAP!! I ended last week with having everything fine with song requests, then I start the new week off streaming per usual just to experience while I am live that there's an issue. I keep getting an error saying media request is currently being used on another device. I actually just made a post about this as well. I hope it is resolved soon!!

    I think this is now fixed, I just loaded mine up and i can now see the backup playlist load

    I take it back, it's only partially fixed. I've had quite a few different issues with it.

    1. Song requests stopped working properly, it would play one and then despite the backup playlist it would play the requested song over and over.

    2. I have a very big backup playlist, yet it's only playing 20 different songs, roughly, out of 400. When you look at the list of songs due to be played you can see it listing the same song again and again with just one or two different tracks to played between it.

    3. When you look at the list of back up songs due to be played, it's got the same song repeated multiple times, yet it only plays it once:

    yes, same issue, all playlists load with multiple repeat entries. pretty frustrating.
