Tip alerts not showing up

Hey, I have a problem with my alerts. They are not showing up when someone tips me or follows me. When I emulate the alert, it works correctly. The events appear in my StreamElements Activity Feed, but the alerts never show on stream.

The problem started after I sent my PC to a service. I backed up and restored my OBS settings and files, and since then the alerts haven't worked. I have already tried creating a new overlay, adding a new AlertBox, reconnecting my accounts, and refreshing everything, but nothing fixed it.

Could you please help me find the issue?
