Media Request Not Working????

This is extremely frustrating and needs to be fixed ASAP!! I ended last week with having everything fine with song requests, then I start the new week off streaming per usual just to experience while I am live that there's an issue. I keep getting an error saying media request is currently being used on another device which isn't possible in my situation. I have tried deleting certain software's, looking up solutions, re-adding browser sources but to no avail. If anyone else is having this same issue, please comment and let me know your experience. Also, when I switch to profile page I'm hit with an immediate error too, requiring me to refresh the page then it works.
