all command doesn't always work when adding or removing loyalty points

Hi,

I've been experiencing an issue with the all target in StreamElements loyalty commands.

• When I use the command to remove points from everyone (!points all -XXXX), the bot responds in chat as if the command was executed successfully, but no points are actually removed from viewers.
• Adding points to everyone also sometimes fails. It seems inconsistent — sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t, even though the chat confirmation says the action was completed.

I tested this multiple times and the confirmation message appears normally, but the loyalty balances often remain unchanged.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any help or information would be appreciated. Thanks!
