Link Scene Issue with Hotkeys

So i used to use se live in the past, came back to use it again. However im having a issue with the Link Scene feature, i remember linking my scenes and then being able to switch my horizontal scene with hotkeys and the vertical canvas would follow along. NOW its currently the opposite the horizontal canvas follows the vertical this wouldn't be a issue however i cannot bind hotkeys to switch scenes. So It really is a issue!
