Hello, I am trying to request manual activation of SE.Pay for my Twitch channel, but the support form requires a Campaign and Deployment ID. It says “Paste the code provided above”, but no code is shown.

I meet the SE.Pay eligibility requirements. Could you help me submit the activation request?
