FAQ
This FAQ is subject to continued updates and changes. Check back regularly!
Q. How do I edit my app’s overlay?
A. Upon connecting with the app, a new overlay labeled Mobile is created in your StreamElements account for you, which you can then edit as you wish like any other overlay.
Please make sure the overlay automatically generated name is not manually changed.
Q. Why do things seem squashed/stretched in the camera?
A. Some phones may experience some slight distortion due to how the phone’s camera preview manages its aspect ratio, but the distortion is not seen on the stream itself.
Q. Is this app replacing Ace Live Streaming?
A. No, Ace Live Streaming is not supported by us and no longer in-use.
Q. Is there an iPhone StreamElements Live app?
A. Not at the moment.
