Earnings Threshold: Creators receiving over $20,000 in tips via SE.Pay will be provided with a 1099 form. This threshold is related to federal income tax law. We recommend that you consult with a local tax agency to know the specific requirements of your state.

Delivery Method: For SE.Pay tips meeting the threshold, a physical form will be delivered to the last known address entered during setup.

Earnings Threshold: Creators earning $600 or more via sponsorships and/or merch (excluding PayPal*) in a calendar year will receive the 1099 form.
*Please note that payments via PayPal will be excluded from this, as they will be responsible for providing those tax forms. -
Delivery Method: Expect an email from noreply@tax1099.com containing the 1099 form.
