Prerequisites:
- Ensure that your stream is set to public. The bot cannot join a private or unlisted stream.
- Your stream must be live for the bot to successfully join the chat.
Steps to Add StreamElements Chatbot:

Access YouTube Studio:
- Go to YouTube Studio.

- Click on the "Settings" option in the left sidebar.

Access Community Settings:
- In the Settings menu, select "Community".

Add StreamElements as Moderator:
- Under Community settings, locate the option to add moderators.
- Enter either of the following URLs:

Ensure Live Chat Visibility:
- When your stream is live, make sure to view the "Live chat" instead of "Top chat".
- Top chat may hide bot messages, so Live chat ensures you also see bot messages.
