Who Can Use SE.Pay?
SE.Pay is available for creators who meet the following criteria:
- Creators must be at least 18 years old
- Have over 100 followers (Twitch) or subscribers (YouTube).
- Have a bank account under their name in one of the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, and Australia.
- Consistent streams during the last 3 months
Activation Process:
SE.Pay needs to be manually added to a channel. Creators meeting the eligibility criteria should contact our support team and provide details such as country of residence, age, account ID, and channel URL.

How to Setup SE.Pay:
Access the SE.Pay Section and follow these steps to start receiving tips.
- Create Account: Click on “Create Account” and choose your bank account type (individual or business).

Fill Personal Details: Fill in personal details, including your social security number for USA-based streamers, and submit the form.
Note: If “business” bank account is selected you will need your legal business name, company registration number, and your DBA (doing business as) - Review and Confirm: Once clicking on “Submit”, you will have a summary of your details. Please review them carefully since you will not be able to edit this information later.
Congratulations! Your account has been created. A confirmation email will be sent to you.
You can now start receiving tips using SE.Pay.
How to Withdraw Money from SE.Pay:
After receiving your first tip with SE.Pay, follow these steps to set up a withdrawal.
- Setup Withdrawals: Click on “Setup Withdrawal” and provide the requested information for verification purposes.
- Bank Details: Fill in your bank details for the account you want to receive payments to.
- Review and Confirm: Confirm your bank details, and once approved (takes up to 7 business days), you can withdraw money from SE.Pay directly to your bank account.
Notes:
- You can only withdraw balance from your available balance.
- Payments to your bank account can take a few business days to fully process
Pending Tips:
When someone tips you using SE.Pay, that balance will go directly into your SE.Pay pending balance, and will be automatically transferred to your available balance once the tips are fully settled. This settlement time depends on the payment method used to tip. You can find an estimate on this page.
Offline Tips:
Please note that SE.Pay is designed for live streamers, and therefore, tipping while offline is not permitted. Avoid receiving payments of any sort or monetary rewards by having your SE.Pay account tipped and avoid tipping yourselves, we review and if needed block accounts that break our Terms of Services. Q. Why did my withdrawal fail?
A: There are multiple reasons why withdrawals may fail to process. It could be that you’re below the minimum amount, that the tips are still pending, your account hasn’t been verified yet, or some other reason. If you’re in doubt, just contact us. -
