Who Can Use SE.Pay?
SE.Pay is available for creators who meet the following criteria:
- Creators must be at least 18 years old
- Have over 100 followers (Twitch) or subscribers (YouTube).
- Have a bank account under their name in one of the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and United States.
- Consistent streams during the last 3 months
Activation Process:
SE.Pay needs to be manually added to a channel. Creators meeting the eligibility criteria should contact our support team and provide details such as country of residence, age, account ID, and channel URL.

How to Setup SE.Pay:
SE.Pay is powered by Stripe. Follow these steps to start receiving tips:
- Go to Tipping Settings: In your StreamElements Dashboard, navigate to Tipping Settings under Revenue.
- Connect Your Stripe Account: Click "Connect" to link an existing Stripe account or create a new one.
- Complete Stripe Onboarding: Provide basic personal and banking information. This typically takes just a few minutes.
Once connected, you can manage your account — including payout settings and enabled payment methods — anytime from the same Tipping Settings page, which links directly to your Stripe Dashboard.

How to Withdraw Money from SE.Pay:
Withdrawals and transaction history are managed entirely through your Stripe Dashboard, not the StreamElements Dashboard.
- Tips are sent directly to your Stripe balance, which you can view under Balances in your Stripe Dashboard.
- Payouts follow whatever schedule you configure during Stripe onboarding — manual or automatic — and this can be changed at any time from your Stripe Dashboard.
- The first payout on a new Stripe account can take around 7 days while Stripe verifies your account; after that, it's faster.
Pending Tips:
When someone tips you using SE.Pay, that balance will go directly into your Stripe balance and will be automatically transferred to your available balance once the tip is fully settled. Settlement time depends on the payment method used to tip.
Offline Tips:
Please note that SE.Pay is designed for live streamers, and therefore, tipping while offline is not permitted. Avoid receiving payments of any sort or monetary rewards by having your SE.Pay account tipped and avoid tipping yourselves, we review and if needed block accounts that break our Terms of Services.
