How to Import from Other Platforms

Transitioning to a new platform can be challenging. Use this guide to seamlessly import data from the following platforms: Streamlabs, Nightbot, CSV files, Deepbot, Moobot, and TipeeeStream.

 

Here's how to access the Import menu:

  1. Option 1: Click on 'Import' located at the top right of your dashboard (shown below).

Option 2: Navigate to your SE profile at the top right of your dashboard (shown below), then select 'Import'.

Option 3: Just click here, then click 'Import' and then 'Other' on the dashboard page. 

Here is the screen you will see once you use any of these options to access the Import menu:

How to Import from StreamLabs:

  • Click 'Import Using Extension'

  • Click 'Install' to install the extension

  • Click 'Add to Chrome'

  • Click 'Add Extension'
  • Follow on-screen instructions and make that you are logged into both the StreamLabs website and StreamElements website

How to Import from Nightbot:

  • Click 'Import'

  • When authorize application pop up appears, approve StreamElements to gain Access to your account.
  • Make sure both Commands and timers are checked and click 'import'.
  • Import is complete, you can find your commands under “chat commands”, in the “Custom Commands” widget, and your timers under “Timers”.

How to Import from CSV

  • Click 'Import'
  • Choose which CSV files you want to import

How to Import from Deepbot

  • Log into to your deepbot account, click master settings, make sure to keep your Deepbot open and running.
  • Find your API secret, and copy it (you'll have to scroll down a bit 😉).

  • Click Import now and paste your API Secret. 
  • Your user points have been copied, you can find them in your Leaderboard.  

 How to Import from Moobot

  • Click 'Install Chrome Extension' to install the extension
  • Click "Add to Chrome"
  • Click "Add Extension"
  • Follow on-screen instructions and make that you are logged into both the Moobot website and StreamElements website

  How to Import from TipeeeStream

  • Click Install Chrome Extension' to install the extension
  • Click "Add to Chrome"
  • Click "Add Extension"
  • Follow on-screen instructions and make that you are logged into both the TipeeeStream website and StreamElements website

How to Import from Ankhbot/Streamlabs

  • Open Ankhbot/Streamlabs Chatbot
  • Click "Connections" in the bottom left corner (symbol of a person)
  • Click "Cloud"
  • Click "Pick Folder"
  • Choose a location to save your backup files to
  • Click "Save" when you have chosen a folder
  • Click "Save Settings" to confirm your choice
  • Click "Create Split Excel Files" to save your Commands and Quotes
  • Click "Export Currency CSV" to save your Points
  • Go to https://streamelements.com/dashboard/account/import
  • Click “Import now” under Ankhbot/Streamlabs
  • Click "Select Files" next to Points (Currency.csv) and choose the currency.csv file you just saved in your desired location
  • Click "Select Files" next to Commands/Quotes (Data.xlsx) and choose your Commands.xlsx and Quotes.xlsx files you just saved in your desired location
  • Click "Import"

Note: Remove Headers from your points file if it has any, if you include a header in the file the import will fail. Furthermore, no points field can be left blank.
