Your Profile Page settings in StreamElements allow you to manage your public profile efficiently. Here’s a quick guide to understanding the key features and settings:
Profile Page URL
Your public profile page can be accessed at: https://streamelements.com/YourUsername
Top Right Icons
At the top right of your public profile page, you'll find several icons that link to:
- Tipping page
- Stream store
- Media request page
- Commands page
- Leaderboard
- Chatstats page
To the right of these icons, you'll have the option to choose dark or light mode, your preferred language and navigate to your dashboard or leaderboard by clicking on your avatar.
Main Profile Page (Overview)
The first icon on the left leads to your main profile page. This page includes:
- An embedded version of your channel
- Current loyalty settings and standings of the connected account

Subscription Display Issue: Even if subscribed, you might see the 'Subscribe' button. This may prevent redeeming sub-only items from the public store page. To resolve:
- Log out and back into StreamElements.
- Refresh the page.
- If the issue persists, redeem items from chat as a temporary workaround.

Social Links Removal: Currently, once a social link is added and saved, it cannot be completely removed, only changed. A workaround is to replace it with an invalid link like
/nolongerexists123.
Profile Page Settings
In the Profile Page settings, you can:
- Set the page title and default language.
- Add social media links (Discord, Twitter, Instagram) which will appear in white if manually added. Links like website, Facebook, and YouTube show as placeholders if not active.
- Customize the page header background.
