Q: Why don't I see new Twitch events in my Activity Feed?
A: Follow these steps to resolve the issue:

Log out and back in: Log out of your StreamElements account and then log back in to reestablish the connection with Twitch servers.

Check if StreamElements is banned: Ensure that StreamElements hasn't been banned in your chat. If it has, unban it by typing
/unban StreamElements
in your chat. -
Mod StreamElements: Mod StreamElements to prevent it from being banned by other bots. You can do this by typing
/mod StreamElements
in your chat.
Important: Test with new incoming events, as missed events will not retroactively appear in the feed.
Q: Why don't I see tips/donations in my Activity Feed?
A: Make sure your viewers are using your StreamElements tipping page. If they are using a different service, tips/donations won't appear in StreamElements' Activity Feed.

A: Follow these steps to resolve the issue:

Set account to "Public": Ensure your YouTube account is set to "Public." By default, YouTube accounts are set to private, making subscribed channels invisible to others. Users with private settings won't appear in the Activity Feed. More info can be found here.

Be aware of delays: YouTube's Activity Feed updates can be delayed due to platform data reporting. Events like new subscribers can take up to 4 hours to appear.
