Getting Invited
- Invitations are sent based on audience size, engagement, and content quality.
- If you're eligible, you'll receive an invitation via email or directly in your StreamElements dashboard.
Finding & Exploring Your Sponsorship Offers
Head to the Sponsorships page in your StreamElements dashboard (under the Revenue section). Browse available campaigns, review details, and choose the ones that fit your content and audience best.
The first time you visit the hub, you'll see a few tabs:
- Open & Active: any current sponsorship offers you have available or are actively participating in. Each offer lists the game, deployment type, and key features — press LEARN MORE on a campaign to see how to proceed.
- Completed: your completed sponsorship offers.
- Expired & Rejected: offers that have expired or been rejected.
The Sponsorship Hub
A few other things to note in the hub:
- How to get started: a video within the hub gives an overview of the Sponsorships program.
-
FAQ: a starting point for questions about the campaign and offer process.
-
Tips for Success: tips on hitting your campaign goals.
Campaign Offer Example
Once you click 'Learn More' on an offer, the next screen gives an overview of that campaign — for example, here's what a Raid: Shadow Legends offer looks like, showing roughly how much you can earn and what's required to complete it:
If you're not interested, decline the offer with 'NO THANKS' and leave feedback — every point of view matters to us.
If you click 'Get Started', you'll land on the main Campaign Overview screen (layout may vary by campaign), with tabs including:

- Overview Tab: your current status and progress.
- Setup: everything you need to set up to start your sponsored stream.
- FAQ: the most frequently asked questions for that specific campaign.
- Tips for Success: general and campaign-specific tips to help you hit your goals.
- Pre-Stream Setup: quick access to everything you need to set up before you can go live with the campaign (shown as a step count, e.g. 7 of 7 steps complete).
This screen updates as you move further into campaign setup and deployment.
Participating in a Campaign
Learn About the Campaign: each campaign comes with specific goals and requirements — read through them carefully to maximize your earnings.
Know What's Expected: during the campaign, you'll need to promote the sponsored game, product, or service — this could mean playing a game, using branded assets, or encouraging your audience to download and engage with the sponsor's offering.
Getting Paid & the Payout Process
- Payments are usually processed 30–45 days after the campaign ends. Track your earnings and payment status in the Revenue section of your dashboard.
- After the campaign, payments may be adjusted to include only events that meet all necessary criteria, so payouts accurately reflect campaign performance.
How the timeline works:
- The date shown in your payment history refers to the submission date, not full settlement of the payment.
- Completed campaigns flagged for irregular activity require additional review time by the sponsor. Track this in the Overview section of the Sponsorships tab.
- Subscription-based campaigns have a review stage where we and the brand evaluate valid subscriptions — this can take a few weeks after the campaign ends. You'll see a message about this above your campaign goals in the Overview section.
- After payment submission, you'll get an email, and the payment status in the portal will show 'Submitted'. It usually takes a few additional days to change to 'Paid', and then a few more days to fully process depending on your payout method.
- If there's an issue with your account, you'll be notified by email on first payment submission — update your information and the payment will automatically be re-attempted within a few days.
Set up your Payments Portal account directly in your dashboard — see Setting up your StreamElements Payments Portal account via your Dashboard. This removes the need to wait for or use the invitation email, and makes the portal available directly via Revenue History > Payments (rightmost tab). If you prefer to log in externally instead, you can also set up your account via this link. Feel free to reach out to us after setup so we can confirm everything's in order — if you don't see any errors during setup, you should be good.
