Campaign Types
-
What types of campaigns are available?
-
Gaming Campaigns: Promote games and encourage new players to sign up.
-
Non-Gaming Campaigns: Promote products or services to your audience.
-
-
How do gaming and non-gaming campaigns differ?
-
Gaming campaigns focus on driving engagement with a specific game.
-
Non-gaming campaigns involve promoting products or services instead.
-
Participation & Counting
-
What do I need to participate?
-
Campaigns have unique requirements. Gaming campaigns require getting new players into a game, while non-gaming ones may involve sign-ups.
-
-
How do I start?
-
Click the “Start Now” button on your campaign page.
-
-
How many events do I need to get paid?
-
Most campaigns require at least one valid event to trigger payment, as long as all mandatory tasks (like using branded overlays or chatbot commands) are met.
-
-
How are participants counted?
-
-
Only those meeting campaign requirements are counted—most campaigns only consider new players/customers.
- The game has never been installed before.
- A new account must be used.
- The downloaded file name should not be changed (for PC games).
- The link/QR code must be used without any issues (Note: Ad Blocker apps can interfere with the link/QR code landing pages).
- For mobile games, the game needs to be downloaded from the app store after being redirected from the campaign link. Emulators are not permitted, and only real devices will count.
- Multiple accounts or devices from the same IP address will be flagged as abusive.

-
Can I end my campaign early?
-
We partner with gaming companies to create exciting campaigns for your community and help turn viewers into players. To get the best results, campaigns should run their full duration, giving you more time to engage your community and make a bigger impact.
Since this is a performance campaign, you’ll be eligible for payment once you complete the mandatory requirements and promote the game throughout the full campaign window.
Ending it early could also affect your eligibility for future opportunities, as shortening the campaign could impact both audience engagement and overall performance.
-
-
Can I promote the game on other platforms?
-
Twitch is the primary platform for campaign goals, but you can share your campaign link on YouTube, TikTok, Kick, Instagram, or Discord.
-
-
Can I use the PC version of a mobile game campaign?
-
It’s best to use the mobile version or an emulator like Bluestacks or NoxPlayer.
-
-
What if I have technical issues with the game?
-
We can’t assist with in-game issues—please contact the game’s support team via their Help/FAQ section.
-
Payment Adjustments & Flagging
-
How does payment adjustment work?
-
Payments may be adjusted post-campaign to exclude invalid or abusive events.
-
-
What happens if a campaign is flagged as abusive?
-
If a high number of invalid events are detected, payments may be revoked entirely.
-
-
Where can I learn more about payments?
-
Check out our [Sponsorships Payment FAQ] for more details.
